Carla Scott is a Senior Executive with a background in management, strategy, and operational roles in the Private, Public and Not for Profit sectors.  She is an experienced Management Consultant who has developed and led multiple organisational transformation programs across business, technology, and digital disciplines.

Carla has a strong track record in helping organisations deliver greater efficiencies and outcomes through business re-design and digital transformation.  She has professional qualifications in Business, Finance and Teaching. Utilising these qualifications across multiple roles, organisations and sectors, Carla has developed and led programs and functional teams in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Program Management, Technology, Web and Digital, Corporate Training and Corporate Learning and Development. 

Carla resides on a number of corporate advisory boards and is a regular speaker and panel member at digital technology events, leading conversations around the use of business intelligence in business process design and the application of digital technology to problem solving.  She is a committed business mentor and advisor who provides continuing mentorship and guidance to a range of enterprises developing disruptive digital and technology solutions and a skilled people manager who thrives on leading business and technology teams to deliver key outcomes across multiple industry sectors.
